The Norma Foundation is proud to be supporters of the Ashland County Homeward Bound dog shelter! Our new county dog shelter will be the most modern, up to date dog shelter in the state of Ohio! The facility will be just over 10,000 sq feet and will be located across from the fairgrounds on Baney Road. Ashland Mayor Matt Miller said, “This is another wonderful example of our very own people stepping forward and partnering with local government to transform the future of Ashland,” he said. “A lot of the projects you see happening the last five to 10 years would not have been possible without people looking inside, finding a cause that is dear to their heart and then spending their own personal resources to make it happen.” We are so excited for the ribbon cutting and opening ceremony next year!
